Important: Account deletion is permanent and immediate. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. This means you will lose access to all your saved data, preferences, your store credit, and any balance you may have. Any data that cannot be deleted due to legal obligations or legitimate business needs will be anonymized as possible.

What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

  • Deleted Immediately: All personal information such as your email, username, and profile data and any associated data, including your store credit and balance.
  • Retained: Aggregated or non-personal usage statistics, if required by law or for legitimate business needs.
    Order & Transaction Data: If you have made purchases, sales, or other transactions on our platform, we may be required to retain anonymized records for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes.
  • Retention Period: Your personal data will be removed from active systems immediately upon confirmation. Backups or logs may be held for up to 28 days to comply with legal obligations or security audits.
