From the 2006 Pokémon TCG EX Dragon Frontiers expansion, this Tyranitar ex (δ Delta Species) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 holofoil card with 150 HP that evolves from Pupitar. Yusuke Shimada’s dynamic illustration shows Tyranitar roaring as crackling blue electricity surrounds it, with holographic foil highlights and a reflective border emphasizing its ferocity and rarity. Dragon Frontiers introduced a unique Shock-wave mechanic: Tyranitar ex’s Electromark attack places a Shock-wave marker on an opponent’s Pokémon, and its Shock-wave attack can then knock out the marked Pokémon (scratchpad.fandom.com).
