Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Misprint. We take pride in ensuring accurate listings and authentic products. However, if an order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and refunds under the situations described below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item never arrived
- The item was lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days)
- A partial order is missing
- The item was not as described or you received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is inauthentic or counterfeit
If your situation matches any of these criteria, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (or from the estimated delivery date if not received) to initiate a return request.
Note: For lost or stolen package claims, orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for refund unless the carrier confirms a delivery error or an insurance claim is approved. (This does not affect eligibility for returns due to incorrect, damaged, or inauthentic items.)
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no updates for 14 days, please contact Misprint Support.
If tracking shows no movement or delivery scan for 30 consecutive days, the order will be considered lost, and you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Important: Sellers will not be paid for lost orders unless they can provide valid proof of delivery or insurance coverage.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at support@misprint.com with:
- Your account username or email
- A screenshot or order number
- The reason for return (e.g., damaged item, not as described, inauthentic, etc.)
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label or specific return instructions.
Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
For eligible returns, sellers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Misprint will either provide a prepaid shipping label or ask the seller to generate one.
Note: Sellers who fail to provide a label within the requested timeframe may have the cost deducted from future payouts.
Return Routing: Misprint may require buyers to return items directly to the seller for inspection and refund processing, or to Misprint's facility for verification in cases involving counterfeit or authenticity disputes. Refunds will be issued after verification or seller confirmation.
Restocking & Condition
Misprint does not charge buyers a restocking fee for valid returns.
Important: Misprint reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show evidence of tampering, including but not limited to: graded slabs that have been cracked open, sealed products that have been opened or resealed, or any other alterations from the original listing condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold.
If a returned item shows signs of use or differs from the original listing photos (but is not tampered with), additional fees or deductions may apply.
Refunds
Refund Process
- We receive and review your return request.
- If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label.
- You return the item using the provided label.
- The seller (or Misprint, if applicable) receives and inspects the item.
- Upon approval, a refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Note: For lost packages (no tracking movement for 30 days or more), refunds are processed automatically without requiring a physical return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or inauthentic. For faster service, we recommend requesting a refund and repurchasing the desired item separately.
Important Notes
Authenticity
Any counterfeit, altered, or otherwise inauthentic items will result in immediate refunds to buyers and possible account suspension for sellers. All authenticity claims are subject to verification by Misprint and may require the item to be returned to Misprint's facility for authentication before refunds are processed.
Tampering & Altered Items
Misprint reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show evidence of tampering, including graded slabs that have been cracked open, sealed products that have been opened or resealed, or any other alterations from the original listing condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold.
Insurance
Sellers are encouraged to insure shipments for high-value orders to protect against loss or damage.
Tracking Required
All returns must use a Misprint-issued prepaid label or an approved trackable service. Using untracked shipping may void your return.
