All sellers are required to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase.
For example, if an order is placed on Thursday, the seller has until Monday to ship. Orders placed on Friday/weekend must be shipped by Tuesday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward the 2-business-day shipping requirement.
Buyers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped. Tracking information will also be available in the buyer's order history.

For high-value cards ($250+), we recommend that sellers purchase additional insurance. The shipping fee may not cover insurance for expensive items. The cost of additional insurance is the responsibility of the seller. Misprint is not liable for lost or damaged items.

When generating a shipping label, our system automatically detects if your order qualifies for Letter service and will recommend it when available.
