Seller Rewards lower your platform fee and speed up your payouts when you sell consistently and keep buyers happy. Your tier is set each quarter by your sales, your successful-item rate, and your ratings.
This is separate from your lifetime seller level, which sets your listing limits and never goes down. Seller Rewards set your fee and payout speed and are re-evaluated each quarter.
To earn a tier you must meet the volume target — counted from delivered orders (delivered items or delivered sales dollars) — and the successful-item rate and the rating shown.
| Tier | Platform fee | Payout speed | How to reach it (per quarter) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 4 | 5% | Same-day | 5,000 items or $100,000 · ≥97% successful · ≥4.9★ |
| Tier 3 | 5.5% | Early | 1,000 items or $50,000 · ≥96% successful · ≥4.8★ |
| Tier 2 | 6% | Standard | 250 items or $20,000 · ≥95% successful · ≥4.6★ |
| Tier 1 | 6.5% | Standard | 50 items or $5,000 · ≥94% successful · ≥4.5★ |
| Baseline | 7% | Standard | Everyone starts here |
The platform fee is separate from the payment-processing fee (3% + 30¢ on the total sale) and shipping, which are unchanged by your tier. See the full breakdown on the Seller Levels & Fees page.
The top reward tiers get paid when you ship — before the buyer even receives the item.
Early and Same-day payouts are released on label generation, not on delivery. See Payments & Payouts for the full payout process.
A consistently low successful-item rate — measured once you have at least 10 resolved sales in a quarter — raises your fee and slows your payouts. This keeps the marketplace reliable for buyers.
| Status | Platform fee | Payout speed | What triggers it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Watch | 8% | Delayed | Successful-item rate below 85% |
| At risk | 10% | Delayed | Successful-item rate below 75% |
| Paused | — | Paused | Below 65% — new listings paused pending a support appeal |
Delayed payouts are released after delivery plus a short holding period. A paused account can still buy and fulfill existing orders; contact support to appeal and resume selling.
At the end of each calendar quarter we look at that quarter's sales volume, successful-item rate, and average rating. You earn the highest tier whose targets you meet, and that tier's platform fee and payout speed apply for the rest of the current quarter and all of the next one.
They are two separate systems. Lifetime seller levels set your listing limits (how much you can have live at once) and never decrease. Quarterly Seller Rewards tiers set your platform fee and payout speed, and are re-evaluated every quarter based on recent performance.
Standard (Baseline through Tier 2): released after the buyer receives the item, on the regular payout schedule. Early (Tier 3): released the next business morning after you generate a shipping label. Same-day (Tier 4): released the same business day you generate a label, before delivery.
Yes. If your successful-item rate falls below 85% across 10 or more resolved sales in a quarter, you move to a penalty tier with a higher fee and delayed payouts. Below 65%, selling is paused until you contact support to appeal.
No. If Misprint has agreed an individual platform-fee rate with you, that rate is honored and is never raised by a penalty tier. Quarterly tiers drive the fee only for sellers on the standard rate.
