Subscription Basics

What is Misprint Subscription?

Misprint Subscription is our optional membership for collectors who use Misprint regularly. Subscribers earn Misprint Credit back on eligible orders, get free shipping on Misprint official account orders over $35, and receive access to member-only promos and tools for serious collectors.

Misprint Subscription is for buyers, not a seller fee program.

How much does Misprint Subscription cost?

Misprint Subscription has two billing options:

Monthly Plan:$9.99/month
Annual Plan:$7.99/month (billed annually at $95.88/year)

Pricing and features may change over time. Any changes will be communicated in advance as described in our Terms of Service.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.

  • You select monthly or annual billing when you start your trial
  • You won't be charged until the trial ends
  • If you don't want to continue, you must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period in your Misprint account settings

After the trial, your plan renews automatically on the chosen billing cadence unless you cancel.

Where is Misprint Subscription available?

Misprint Subscription is currently available in regions where we support buying and shipping under our Shipping Policy. At the moment, Misprint only supports domestic U.S. shipping and does not ship internationally.

We may expand availability in the future.

Billing & Payment

When will I be charged for my subscription?

  • Monthly plan: We charge your payment method on the same calendar day each month, starting after your free trial ends.
  • Annual plan: We charge once per year on the same calendar day, starting after your free trial ends.

If a month doesn't include your normal billing day (for example, the 31st), we'll bill on the last day of that month.

Subscription billing and renewal are governed by our Terms of Service and any additional Misprint Subscription terms we may publish.

How can I pay for my Misprint Subscription?

We accept commonly used payment methods such as major credit/debit cards (and any other methods listed at checkout). Misprint Credit and gift cards cannot be used to pay for subscription fees.

Payment processing is handled under our Terms of Service and related policies.

What happens if there's a problem with my payment method?

If we can't renew your subscription because of a payment issue:

  • We'll attempt to notify you by email and/or in-app
  • You should update your payment method in your account as soon as possible
  • If the issue isn't resolved by your next billing date, your subscription may lapse and you may lose your loyalty tier benefits

Misprint Credit & Loyalty Rewards

What is Misprint Credit?

Misprint Credit is store credit that can be used on Misprint for eligible purchases. It is:

  • Not cash or a gift card
  • Non-transferable between accounts
  • Never expires - use your credit anytime

Misprint Credit cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or used to pay subscription fees.

How do I earn Misprint Credit as a subscriber?

With an active Misprint Subscription, you earn Misprint Credit on orders of $35 or more (before shipping and taxes) from any seller:

  • The order must be placed while your subscription is active
  • The order must remain completed (no full refund or cancellation)
  • Certain categories, promotions, or orders may be excluded

We may also run limited-time promotions where both subscribers and non-subscribers earn additional Misprint Credit. Subscriber rewards are on top of any promotional credit when the terms of that promo say they stack.

How does the loyalty % back work?

Misprint Subscription includes a loyalty bonus that increases the longer your subscription stays active:

From day 1:1% back
After 3 months:2% back
After 12 months:3% back

Important: If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your loyalty % resets. If you subscribe again later, your loyalty bonus starts over at 1%.

Monthly Limit: Loyalty bonus credit is limited to the first $10,000 spent on eligible orders each calendar month. Only orders $35 and up qualify for the loyalty bonus.

Do subscriber rewards stack with other Misprint promotions?

In general, yes.

If a promotion offers a certain percentage of Misprint Credit on qualifying purchases, and your subscription loyalty bonus applies to that order, you can earn:

Promotional Misprint Credit + Subscription loyalty Misprint Credit

Example: 5% promo + 2% loyalty tier = 7% total back

Each promotion will clearly state whether subscriber rewards stack and how they are calculated.

When will I receive my Misprint Credit?

Timing depends on how the credit is earned:

  • Subscription loyalty credit: Typically issued after the eligible order is past its return window or dispute period. This may happen on a rolling basis or in periodic batches.
  • Limited-time promotions: Typically issued a few business days after the promotion or event ends, as described in the promotion details.

You can view your Misprint Credit balance and history in your Misprint account.

Does Misprint Credit expire?

No, Misprint Credit never expires. Once you've earned it, you can use it anytime on future purchases.

Your credit balance will remain in your account indefinitely until you choose to use it.

Why didn't I earn Misprint Credit on my last order?

Common reasons include:

  • The order total was under the minimum amount (under $35 before shipping and taxes)
  • The order was refunded, cancelled, or disputed
  • The order included ineligible products or categories
  • You didn't have an active subscription at the time of purchase
  • You already reached the $10,000 monthly limit on eligible loyalty bonus purchases for that calendar month

If you believe you should have earned Misprint Credit and don't see it after the expected processing time, please contact support.

Do past orders count if I subscribe later?

No. Only orders placed while your subscription is active qualify for subscriber Misprint Credit and shipping perks. Orders placed before you start or after you cancel your subscription are not eligible.

Free Shipping Benefits

How does free shipping work for Misprint subscribers?

With an active Misprint Subscription, you get free standard shipping on qualifying Misprint official account orders:

  • Applies only to products sold and shipped by Misprint from our own inventory (not P2P seller orders)
  • Applies when your Misprint official account portion of the cart meets or exceeds the current free-shipping threshold ($35 or more before tax)
  • Applies to eligible domestic orders and standard shipping options
  • Expedited shipping, special handling, or certain destinations may not be included

Managing Your Subscription

How do I view or manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your Misprint account:

  1. Sign in to your Misprint account
  2. Go to your account or settings page
  3. Open the Subscription or Billing section

From there you can:

  • See your current plan and renewal date
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing (where allowed)
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

How do I cancel my Misprint Subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account's subscription settings.

  • If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged
  • If you cancel after being billed, you keep your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
  • We do not typically offer refunds for partial periods, as described in our Terms of Service

After your subscription ends, you will no longer earn subscriber Misprint Credit or receive subscriber shipping and promo benefits.

If I cancel and subscribe again later, do I keep my loyalty bonus?

No. If your subscription ends and you later subscribe again, your loyalty % back resets to the starting level (1%). You only keep higher loyalty tiers while maintaining an active, uninterrupted subscription.
