Misprint Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Misprint Referral Program allows eligible Misprint users (“Referrers”) to earn store credit by referring new users (“Referred Users”) to the Misprint platform. By participating in the Referral Program, both Referrers and Referred Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  • Referrers must have a valid Misprint account in good standing.
  • Referred Users must be new to Misprint and must not have previously created an account.
  • Both Referrers and Referred Users must verify a phone number and an email address before any referral pack can be opened. Each phone number may only be used to verify one Misprint account.
  • Employees of Misprint and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Referral Program.

How Referral Packs Work

  1. Referrers share their unique referral link or code with new users.
  2. When a Referred User signs up using that link or code, a welcome pack worth between $10 and $200 in store credit is reserved for them. The welcome pack unlocks after the Referred User completes their first qualifying purchase.
  3. When the Referred User completes their first qualifying purchase, the Referrer also receives one pack worth between $10 and $200.
  4. When the Referred User completes their first qualifying sale as a seller, the Referrer receives another pack worth between $10 and $200.
  5. A “qualifying” purchase or sale is one with at least $20 of merchandise (excluding shipping and tax). A qualifying purchase must also be paid entirely with non-credit funds — an order that uses any store credit or coupon does not qualify.
  6. Newly earned packs are held until the triggering order settles — that is, until the order is delivered, the return and refund window has passed, and there is no open payment dispute. Once the order settles, the pack is released and can be opened. If the triggering order is refunded or otherwise does not settle, the pack is voided.
  7. Each pack's exact value is determined at the time the pack is generated, by a probabilistic distribution chosen by Misprint. The amount is revealed when the pack is opened. Most packs fall in the lower band; rare packs can be worth up to $200.
  8. Credit is added to the user's store balance the moment the pack is opened. Packs do not expire, but unopened packs may receive periodic reminders (no more than once per pack per 30-day window).
  9. If the order that earned a pack is refunded, disputed, or charged back after the pack has been released or opened, Misprint may void the pack and reverse any store credit it granted. A reversal can result in a negative store-credit balance, and the account that disputed the order may be paused pending review.

Annual Cap

Each user may earn up to 50 referral packs per calendar year (UTC). The cap counts opened packs only — unopened packs do not consume the limit until you open them. The annual counter resets at the start of each UTC calendar year.

Reward Limitations

  • Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with promotional offers that exclude store credit.
  • Credit is automatically applied to your next eligible purchase once the pack is opened.
  • Misprint may delay or hold a pack for review when fraud signals are detected; held packs may be released or voided after review.

Program Restrictions

Misprint prohibits the following activities in connection with the Referral Program:

  • Creating multiple or fake accounts to receive referral benefits.
  • Verifying the same phone number across multiple accounts to earn additional packs.
  • Spamming or using misleading tactics to obtain referrals.
  • Purchasing ads that contain your referral link and/or promotional code.
  • Posting referral links or codes on coupon sites or online communities dedicated to sharing promotional offers.

Program Changes and Termination

Misprint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program — including the pack value range, the annual cap, the trigger events, and any other element of the program — at any time without notice. Misprint also reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred User from participating in the Referral Program for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or abuse, and to void any pack earned in violation of these Terms.
